适用范围
本协议说明弈见 / GoReview 围棋复盘与练习应用及配套网站的使用规则。请在使用前阅读本协议及隐私政策。未成年人应在父母或监护人的指导下使用，并由监护人协助理解本协议及管理对外分享、下载等操作。
应用提供的功能
弈见提供本地棋谱管理、SGF 回放、设备本地 KataGo 分析、独立变化研究、定式与死活练习。当前版本无需注册，不提供开发者运营的云端棋谱同步、广告或应用内购买。具体可用功能以您安装的版本和设备条件为准。
使用与内容责任
请仅导入、使用或分享您有权处理的棋谱、文件和公开链接，并遵守适用法律及相关平台的规则。请勿利用应用侵犯他人的隐私、知识产权或其他合法权益，亦不要绕过第三方服务的访问限制。应用不会因您导入文件而取得该文件的所有权；内容原有的权利及许可仍归相应权利人。
AI 分析与练习结果
胜率、预估目差、候选着和 AI 应手是基于所选模型、规则、贴目及搜索设置的计算参考。它们可能随设备、设置、引擎版本或局面而变化，不代表固定棋力、正式段位评定或获胜保证。定式与题库分支用于学习与练习，不保证覆盖所有局面、规则或解答。您应结合棋局背景自行判断。
设备运行、保存与备份
本地分析需要设备的处理能力，长时间运行可能增加耗电和发热，系统省电、存储不足或进程回收可能影响分析。棋谱、模型、分析结果和练习进度主要保存在本机。请通过 SGF 导出等方式备份重要棋谱；清除应用存储、删除棋谱或卸载应用可能导致本地数据丢失。设备或系统备份的行为以您的系统设置为准。
第三方服务与开源内容
公开分享链接由相应围棋平台提供，额外模型下载和定式更新可能连接模型提供方或 GitHub。第三方的可用性、内容和处理规则由其自身管理，链接可能失效或变化。应用包含 KataGo、ONNX Runtime、Pachi 定式及其他开源组件或内容，其权利和使用条件以应用内“开源许可与来源”所列的相应许可为准。本协议不限制这些许可已授予您的权利。
隐私与数据删除
我们如何处理设备本地数据、可选网络请求、系统分享及隐私咨询邮件，详见隐私政策。您可在棋谱库删除单盘棋谱，或通过 Android 应用设置清除本地存储；已导出、共享或被系统备份的数据需在对应位置另行管理。当前版本没有应用账号，因此没有账号注销流程。
更新与停止使用
您可随时停止使用或卸载应用。应用更新可能改变功能、兼容性或数据格式；更新前请保留重要棋谱备份。若服务规则有实质变化，我们会更新本协议并标明日期，并通过适当方式说明重要变化；依法需要征得同意时会另行取得同意。
您的法定权利与联系
本协议不排除或限制适用法律不允许排除或限制的消费者权利或开发者责任。如您发现功能问题、内容权利问题，或对本协议有疑问，请通过上述邮箱联系开发者。请提供必要的版本与问题描述，避免发送不必要的个人信息。

Scope
These terms describe the rules for using the GoReview game review and practice app and its accompanying website. Please read these terms and the privacy policy before use. Minors should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian, including help understanding these terms and managing downloads or sharing with others.
App features
GoReview provides local game management, SGF playback, on-device KataGo analysis, independent variation study, and joseki and life-and-death practice. The current version requires no registration and provides no developer-operated cloud game sync, advertising, or in-app purchases. Available features depend on your installed version and device.
Your use and content
Only import, use, or share records, files, and public links that you have the right to handle. Follow applicable laws and the relevant platforms’ rules. Do not use the app to infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights, or bypass third-party access restrictions. Importing a file does not transfer its ownership to the developer; its existing rights and licenses remain with the relevant rights holders.
AI analysis and practice results
Win rates, score estimates, candidate moves, and AI responses are computational references based on the selected model, rules, komi, and search settings. Results may vary with the device, settings, engine version, or position. They are not a fixed playing strength, an official rank assessment, or a guarantee of winning. Joseki and problem branches support learning and practice and may not cover every position, rule set, or solution. Use your own judgment in the context of the game.
Device operation, storage, and backups
Local analysis uses your device’s processing resources. Extended use may increase battery consumption and heat; power management, low storage, or process termination may affect analysis. Games, models, results, and practice progress are primarily stored on your device. Back up important records, for example by exporting SGF files. Deleting games, clearing app storage, or uninstalling may remove local data. Device and system backup behavior depends on your system settings.
Third-party services and open-source content
Public share links are supplied by the relevant Go platforms. Optional model downloads and joseki updates may connect to model providers or GitHub. Third parties manage their own availability, content, and rules; links may change or stop working. The app includes KataGo, ONNX Runtime, Pachi joseki, and other open-source components or content. Their rights and conditions are governed by the respective licenses listed under “Licenses and sources” in the app. These terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant you.
Privacy and data deletion
The privacy policy explains local data, optional network requests, system sharing, and privacy-support emails. You can delete individual games in the library or clear local storage through Android app settings. Manage exported, shared, and system-backed-up copies separately at their destinations. The current app has no user accounts, so there is no account-closure process.
Updates and ending use
You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Updates may change features, compatibility, or data formats; keep backups of important records before updating. If the service rules materially change, we will update these terms and their date and communicate important changes through appropriate means. Where consent is legally required, we will obtain it separately.
Your legal rights and contact
These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights or developer responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Contact the developer at the email above about app issues, content rights, or questions about these terms. Include the necessary version and problem details and avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
